Adapting to our current situation in order to keep our MMY community sustainable, connected and supporting each other, we are now teaching classes live on Zoom. Open to anyone and everyone!

Greet the day physically and energetically with this combination of stretching, strengthening, and balancing poses while connecting with your breath in both flowing and holding sequences.

5:30-6:30 pm, Hatha Yoga with Krysty

Develop energy, core strength and flexibility through stretching, breathing and postures. Designed for a wide range of abilities.

Tuesday June 2
9:00-10:00 am, Hatha Yoga with Krysty

Develop energy, core strength and flexibility through stretching, breathing and postures. Designed for a wide range of abilities.

Tuesday, June 2
5:30-6:30 pm, Flow Yoga with Lisa

Flow dynamic poses together while connecting movement and breath in sync with upbeat music.

Wednesday, June 3
7:30-8:30 am, Flow Yoga with Margaret

A rigorous workout derived from a dynamic set of postures and focused breathing techniques. Previous experience recommended.

Wednesday, June 3
9:00-10:15 am, Yin Yoga with Margaret

This class focuses on letting go, finding stillness, and releasing connective tissues (fascia, joints, tendons and ligaments) through long holds supported by props. Recommended props: blankets, pillows, block or stack of books.

Friday, June 5
9:00-10:15 am, Destress and Renew with Margaret

Learn techniques to relax and rejuvenate thus restoring your body and mind to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

Saturday, June 6

Accessing the Online Classes

ALL CLASSES WILL BE HELD ON ZOOM. Please download the free Zoom app on your computer or phone prior to your first class. Set up your space ready with mat, blanket or pillow, strap (or bathrobe tie).

10 minutes before each class, you will be able to join by using the link below or going to the app and entering the meeting ID # and password.
